Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is Spotter Collab really free?

Yes. It costs nothing to join at this stage while we learn what works. We might add optional paid extras later, but only if they are genuinely useful.

Do I need a booking system for Spotter Collab?

No. You can begin by collecting leads: we show your offer to interested people, and you handle booking however you already do.

Will Spotter cannibalise my existing members?

You choose what to publish and how many spots to offer. Most studios start with trials, off-peak or spare class seats, not peak full-price slots.

What if we do not run group classes?

You can still list open gym access, intro sessions, small-group PT or one-off events. Spotter Collab works for all kinds of venues.

Where is Spotter Collab available?

We welcome gyms and studios worldwide. Rollout can vary by region as we grow; get in touch and we will talk through what is possible where you are.

What happens after I join Spotter Collab?

We set you up in Spotter Collab where you finish your venue page, add photos, and publish classes, trials and slots that show on the Spotter map.
